Andre’s Cucina & Catering Co. offers an extensive menu for Canapé and Stand Up catering. This approach is perfect for cocktail events, allowing your guests to mingle and move.

Our canapés, finger foods and roving meals remain true to our style – elegant, honest and influenced by seasonal and authentic Italian food.

We can cater to any budget, from simple cocktail food to our stand up roving meal which provides guests an extensive culinary experience equivalent to a three course (or more) meal.

Served in chic bamboo boats with bamboo cutlery, this style eliminates the need to hire crockery and cutlery and makes clean up a breeze.


Canapés and finger foods might include items like…

House baked grissini wrapped with crushed broad beans, pea purée, pecorino, citrus zest & prosciutto

Polenta crouton, creamed corn, pine nut crumb, house cured wagyu bresaola & black truffle

Petit piadina with smoked mozzarella, olive & chilli tapenade, baby spinach & charred peppers (v)

Silver fish, chilli, parsley & caper fritter with squid ink mascarpone

Chocolate filled cannoli with ricotta cream & pistachio nuts

Zeppole dusted with cinnamon sugar served with caramel & toasted almonds

Polenta cake, burnt orange, walnuts & mascarpone


Roving meals might include…

Bagna Cauda – garden selection of seasonal raw & blanched vegetables with herbed croutons & tallegio cream (v)

Assaggini Misti – house cured lombo, san daniele prosciutto, mortadella, summer caponata, squacquerone & zeppole

Gnocchi, eggplant puree, fresh tomato, basil & parmigiano reggiano (v)

Lamb braised in mirto, pickled chestnuts, chicory, purple broccoli & farro

Pork belly, white truffle cauliflower puree, steamed romanesco & fennel

Pistachio panna cotta, white chocolate ganache, lemon polenta cake & raspberry
